We're Tim and Meagan Howe. For years, God has given us a passion to see people's lives transformed by the power of God and the truth of His Word. We believe God has called us to Waukegan to cultivate a loving community... but we can't do it alone. We're not just 'starting a church'—we're developing a family to help people live healed and whole lives.
